These terms apply when you place a print order on dreamprintz.com. The website is run by DreamPrintz, 2/264, Ganapathi Nagar, SN College Road, Perungudi, Madurai – 625022, Tamil Nadu ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Your order

• You choose your PDF files and print settings (pages, sides, colour, paper, binding and copies). We print exactly what you send with the settings you choose.
• Please check your files before ordering. We do not edit, proofread or correct your documents unless you ask us to at the counter.
• An order is accepted when you receive an order number (for example DP1001) and a tracking link.
• We may contact you on the mobile number you give us about your order.

2. Prices and payment

• The price shown on the website is calculated from our current rates for the settings you choose. Every order is checked against our rates when it is placed; the price on your order confirmation is the price you pay.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees. Prices exclude delivery; any delivery fee is shown at checkout before you place the order.
• Depending on the choices shown at checkout, you pay at our counter when you collect, to our staff on delivery, in full online, or an advance online with the balance paid when you collect or on delivery. Online payments are processed by PayU; an online order is confirmed once the payment succeeds.
• If we find a mistake in a price (for example a page count that differs from the file), we will call you before printing. You may then change or cancel the order.

3. Your files and content

• You must own the files you send or have permission to print them.
• We will not print material that is illegal, infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, or is offensive or harmful. We may refuse or cancel such an order.
• How we store and delete your files is explained in our privacy policy.

4. Print quality

• Colours on paper can look slightly different from your screen, and between different papers.
• Low-resolution images and very small text in your file will print the same way.
• If something is wrong because of our printing or binding, please tell us — see refunds & cancellations.

5. Collection and delivery

How to collect your order, and how delivery works where it is offered, is explained on our pickup & delivery page.

6. Liability

Our responsibility for an order is limited to reprinting it or refunding the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for losses that come from the content of your files, from settings you chose, or from delays outside our control (such as power cuts or machine breakdowns), but we will always tell you if your order is delayed.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Please talk to us first — most problems are solved quickly at the counter.
