Privacy policy

This policy explains what information DreamPrintz collects through dreamprintz.com, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

• Your files — the PDFs you add to your cart.
• Your details — your name, mobile number, email (optional) and, for delivery, your address and any notes you add.
• Order details — print settings, prices and the order's status history.
• Basic technical data — like any website, our server records requests for security (for example to stop repeated failed attempts). We store a one-way code of your IP address, not the address itself.

We use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to count visits and see which pages and steps people use, so we can improve the site. It sets cookies in your browser. We never send it your files, file names, name, phone number, address or order links. We do not use advertising cookies.

Student ID portal analytics

On the first visit to the student ID portal, we create a resettable first-party browser ID and start usage analytics automatically unless you have already opted out. A short notice and Analytics options let you turn collection off or back on. Browser fingerprints use coarse browser, operating system, language, timezone, screen-size bands and touch support. We do not use canvas, audio, installed-font scans or your full IP address for this fingerprint.

The private office dashboard records pages opened, form progress, photo-selection actions, save results and time a page is visible. It links these events to hostel IDs selected in the portal. A selection does not verify a person's identity. A shared browser can open several IDs, and fingerprints may change or be shared by similar browsers.

Browser-to-ID links stay in our private dashboard. They are not sent to Google Analytics. Google receives general portal page and action events without hostel IDs, names, email addresses, form contents or the fingerprint. Event history is retained for 90 days and browser records for 180 days. You can stop future collection using Analytics options; clearing this site's browser data also resets its browser identifier. An email address is optional for ID card details and is not needed for analytics.

Your files

• When you choose a PDF, its pages are counted on your own device. Nothing is uploaded to get a price.
• If a PDF has a password, it is unlocked on your device. The password is never sent to us.
• Your file is uploaded only when you add it to the cart. It is stored privately, is never shown on the website, and only our staff can open it — to print your order.
• Files that are not ordered are deleted after 48 hours. Files of an order are deleted 7 days after the order is completed or cancelled.

How we use your details

Only to prepare your order, contact you about it, hand it over or deliver it, and keep a record of the order for our accounts. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it except where the law requires us to.

On your device

Your cart and the details you type at checkout are saved in your browser so you do not have to type them again. You can remove them at any time by clearing your browser data for this site.

Security

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Files are stored outside the public part of the website under random names, and staff access is protected by a password.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you, or to delete your files earlier. Call or WhatsApp 90929 66177, or ask at the counter. We keep order records (without your files) as long as needed for our accounts.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
